Pis Q1/25 Revenue Surges 146% Profit Soars 200% Aiming For Billion-baht Deals
PIS โชว์ผลงานไตรมาส 1/68 โตติดจรวด! กวาดรายได้ 629 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 146% กำไรสุทธิ 72 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 200% เทียบงวดเดียวกันของปีก่อน ตอกย้ำปัจจัยพื้นฐานแกร่ง ได้รับการยอมรับจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐและรัฐวิสาหกิจ ในฐานะผู้ให้บริการด้าน ICT Solution ครบวงจร ฟากซีอีโอ “เบญญาภา เฉลิมวัฒน์”เปิดกลยุทธ์ปี 68 ลุยขยายฐานลูกค้ากลุ่มใหม่ AI-driven Security, Cloud-based Data Management และ IT Outsourcing Services กระจายความเสี่ยง-เพิ่มโอกาสการเติบโต แย้มจ่อคว้าโปรเจคภาครัฐระดับพันล้านบาท ดันผลงาน ALL Time High ตามแผนงานที่วางไว้ มั่นใจเติบโตต่อเนื่อง นางสาวเบญญาภา เฉลิมวัฒน์ ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร บริษัท โปร อินไซด์ จำกัด (มหาชน) (PIS) ผู้ให้บริการ ICT Solution ครบวงจร เปิดเผยว่า ผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทฯในไตรมาส 1/68 (สิ้นสุดวันที่ 31 มีนาคม 68) มีรายได้จากธุรกิจหลัก 629 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 146% เทียบงวดเดียวกันของปีก่อนอยู่ที่ 256 ล้านบาท และมีกำไรสุทธิ 72 ล้านบาท เพิ่มขึ้น 200% เทียบงวดเดียวกันของปีก่อนอยู่ที่ 24 ล้านบาท โดยบริษัทฯมีงานในมือที่ชนะการประมูลและรอรับรู้รายได้ในอนาคตกว่า 5,350 ล้านบาท รองรับแผนการเติบโตอย่างก้าวกระโดดช่วง 1-3 ปีข้างหน้า ตามแผนงานที่วางไว้ จากการเข้าร่วมประมูลงานภาครัฐและรัฐวิสาหกิจ ที่เปิดประมูลงานใหม่ต่อเนื่อง เพื่อกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจ “ภาพรวมผลการดำเนินงานในไตรมาส 1/68 ที่เติบโตอย่างแข็งแกร่ง มาจากการทยอยรับรู้รายได้จากโครงการภาครัฐและรัฐวิสาหกิจ โดยตั้งแต่ปลายปีที่ผ่านมาถึงสิ้นเดือนมีนาคม 68 บริษัทฯคว้างานขนาดใหญ่เพิ่ม 3 โครงการ แบ่งเป็น บริษัท โทรคมนาคมแห่งชาติ (NT) และการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (กฟภ.) มูลค่ารวม 4,116 ล้านบาท ร่วมกับพันธมิตร ซึ่งจะรับรู้รายได้ตามสัดส่วนการถือหุ้น สนับสนุนผลการดำเนินงานในปีนี้เติบโตเกิน 15% สร้างสถิติสูงสุดใหม่ต่อเนื่อง สร้างผลตอบแทนที่ดีให้กับผู้ถือหุ้น” สำหรับแนวโน้มอุตสาหกรรม ICT ในปี 68 คาดว่าจะยังคงเติบโตต่อเนื่อง จากการลงทุนด้าน Digital Infrastructure, Cloud Computing, AI และ Platform ซึ่งเป็นเทคโนโลยีสำคัญที่ภาครัฐ และเอกชนให้ความสำคัญเพิ่มมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะโซลูชันที่ช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน และลดต้นทุน นโยบายเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัลของภาครัฐไทยจะยังคงเป็นปัจจัยสนับสนุนที่ช่วยขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรม ICT โดยโครงการโครงข่ายอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูง เมืองอัจฉริยะ (Smart City) และระบบดิจิทัลภาครัฐ คาดว่าจะได้รับการผลักดันต่อเนื่อง ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหาร กล่าวอีกว่า แผนการดำเนินงานในปีนี้ บริษัทฯได้วางกลยุทธ์ในการขยายไปยังกลุ่มลูกค้าใหม่ๆ เพื่อกระจายความเสี่ยงและเพิ่มโอกาสในการเติบโต รวมถึงพัฒนาโซลูชันที่ช่วยลูกค้าลดต้นทุนและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพ เช่น AI-driven Security, Cloud-based Data Management และ IT Outsourcing Services แม้ว่าจะยังคงมีปัจจัยความไม่แน่นอนทางเศรษฐกิจ และการเมืองโลก แต่ด้วยกลยุทธ์เชิงรุกในการพัฒนาเทคโนโลยี การบริหารความเสี่ยง และการขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่ บริษัทฯเชื่อมั่นว่าจะสามารถรักษาความสามารถในการแข่งขัน และเติบโตได้อย่างมั่นคงในอนาคต โดยในช่วงที่เหลือของปีนี้ อยู่ระหว่างยื่นประมูลงานใหม่ และรอผลประมูลโครงการ ซึ่งมีโอกาสได้งานใหม่มูลค่าระดับพันล้านบาท สนับสนุนงานในมือรอรับรู้รายได้เพิ่มขึ้น ผลักดันผลการดำเนินงานช่วง 1-3 ปีข้างหน้าเติบโตอย่างก้าวกระโดด ตามแผนงานที่วางไว้
PIS Secures Big Project Developing ERP System for PEA Worth 2.9 Billion Baht Boosting Backlog to 5.9 Billion Baht
PRO INSIDE Public Company Limited (PIS) has secured a Big ERP system development project for the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), valued at over 2.9 billion baht, pushing its backlog to 5.9 billion baht. CEO “Benyapa Chalermwat” emphasized that this achievement reinforces PIS’s position as a leading full-service ICT solutions provider, trusted by government agencies and state enterprises. She also hinted at several multi-billion-baht projects currently in the bidding process, expressing confidence in significant business growth over the next 1-3 years, delivering strong returns to shareholders. Ms. Benyapa Chalermwat, CEO of Pro Inside Public Company Limited (PIS), announced that the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) had issued a tender for the procurement, development, installation, and maintenance of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through e-bidding. PIS submitted its proposal for the project, and on March 3, 2025, PEA officially announced PIS as the winning bidder, with a contract worth 2,938,220,000 baht (including VAT). “Securing this mega ERP development project for PEA reinforces the confidence that government agencies and state enterprises have in PIS as a leading full-service ICT solutions provider. As a result, our backlog has increased from 3 billion baht to 5.94 billion baht. Additionally, we have multiple projects worth several billion baht currently in the bidding and pre-bidding stages. This will drive exponential growth over the next 1-3 years, delivering strong returns for our shareholders.” Ms. Benyapa further stated that for the remainder of the year, PIS will continue bidding for ICT projects from government agencies and state enterprises, which remain a core strength of the company. Backed by a highly skilled and professional team with extensive experience, PIS has earned the trust of key government entities, including the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Health, and other agencies that consistently expand their investments and launch new projects annually to improve the quality of life for Thai citizens in alignment with government policies. With these ongoing opportunities, PIS is confident that its 2025 revenue will grow by over 15%, reaching a new all-time high. Since late 2024 to early 2025, PIS in collaboration with its partners, has secured two new projects through consortium: PTNPI Consortium – A project for the maintenance of enterprise software systems and integration of related systems, valued at 1.5 billion baht. SP Consortium – A project for the procurement of Thailand’s national healthcare cloud system in partnership with National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT), valued at 992 million baht. For the 2024 fiscal year (ending December 31, 2024), PIS reported total revenue from its core business of 1.47 billion baht, marking 37% increase from 1.08 billion baht in the previous year—a new record high. The company also achieved a net profit of 103 million baht.
