The Board of Directors realizes the importance of good corporate governance and conducts business ethically, respects rights, is responsible towards society, the environment and various stakeholders, and has an efficient, transparent and auditable management system which will help create trust and confidence among all parties involved. The Company has therefore adopted the 2017 Good Corporate Governance Guidelines for Listed Companies as set by the Stock Exchange of Thailand as guidelines to ensure that the Company’s business operations have a good management system and create competitiveness that will lead to sustainable growth.
