PIS Soars! First-Half 2025 Revenue Jumps 144%, Net Profit Surges 245%
Pro Inside Public Company Limited (PIS) has delivered outstanding results for the first half of 2025, posting revenue of THB 1.44 billion, up 144% year-on-year, and net profit of THB 152 million, a remarkable 245% increase. This strong performance was driven by continued recognition of revenue from government and state enterprise projects, particularly in the company’s area of expertise — high-value System Integration (SI) services. CEO Benyapa Chalermwat announced that in the second half of the year, the company will bid for mega projects worth over THB 1 billion, further boosting its current backlog of THB 4.94 billion. PIS is also pursuing a proactive strategy to enhance competitiveness by developing advanced IT solutions, upskilling personnel, and expanding collaborations with leading global technology partners. The company is confident of achieving its revenue target of THB 3 billion this year, marking another record high. Ms. Benyapa revealed that for the six months ended June 30, 2025, the company’s revenue grew by THB 849 million, or 144%, from THB 591 million in the same period last year, while net profit rose by THB 108 million, or 245%, from THB 44 million to THB 152 million. In Q2/2025 alone, PIS recorded revenue of THB 812 million, up 142% from THB 335 million in the same quarter last year. Net profit in the quarter reached THB 80 million, up 300% from THB 20 million in Q2/2024. The significant growth came from the progressive recognition of revenue from projects secured in late 2024 and early 2025, especially turnkey System Integration projects in which PIS possesses deep expertise. As of now, the company’s backlog stands at THB 4.94 billion, which is expected to drive performance growth over the next 1–3 years. Looking ahead, the business outlook for the second half of the year remains positive. The company is actively participating in multiple government and state enterprise project bids, with several results pending. At the same time, PIS is exploring new business opportunities that will enhance its ability to secure projects valued at more than THB 1 billion, supporting stable long-term growth. Management remains confident of exceeding 15% revenue growth for 2025, reaching the THB 3 billion mark and setting a new all-time high. “In the first half of this year, revenue from SI projects was particularly strong,” said Ms. Benyapa. “In the second half, we will continue expanding our customer base into new sectors while developing solutions that align with client needs and adapt to rapid technological changes. This includes applying Generative AI, cloud-native systems, cybersecurity solutions, and advanced analytics. We are also committed to enhancing our workforce skills and strengthening partnerships with leading global technology firms. These proactive strategies will diversify risk and enable PIS to achieve strong, sustainable growth in the years ahead.”

PIS Secures Big Project Developing ERP System for PEA Worth 2.9 Billion Baht Boosting Backlog to 5.9 Billion Baht
PRO INSIDE Public Company Limited (PIS) has secured a Big ERP system development project for the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA), valued at over 2.9 billion baht, pushing its backlog to 5.9 billion baht. She also hinted at several multi-billion-baht projects currently in the bidding process, expressing confidence in significant business growth over the next 1-3 years, delivering strong returns to shareholders. Ms. Benyapa Chalermwat, CEO of Pro Inside Public Company Limited (PIS), announced that the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) had issued a tender for the procurement, development, installation, and maintenance of its Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system through e-bidding. PIS submitted its proposal for the project, and on March 3, 2025, PEA officially announced PIS as the winning bidder, with a contract worth 2,938,220,000 baht (including VAT). “Securing this mega ERP development project for PEA reinforces the confidence that government agencies and state enterprises have in PIS as a leading full-service ICT solutions provider. As a result, our backlog has increased from 3 billion baht to 5.94 billion baht. Additionally, we have multiple projects worth several billion baht currently in the bidding and pre-bidding stages. This will drive exponential growth over the next 1-3 years, delivering strong returns for our shareholders.” Ms. Benyapa further stated that for the remainder of the year, PIS will continue bidding for ICT projects from government agencies and state enterprises, which remain a core strength of the company. Backed by a highly skilled and professional team with extensive experience, PIS has earned the trust of key government entities, including the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Public Health, and other agencies that consistently expand their investments and launch new projects annually to improve the quality of life for Thai citizens in alignment with government policies. SP Consortium – A project for the procurement of Thailand’s national healthcare cloud system in partnership with National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT), valued at 992 million baht. For the 2024 fiscal year (ending December 31, 2024), PIS reported total revenue from its core business of 1.47 billion baht, marking 37% increase from 1.08 billion baht in the previous year—a new record high. The company also achieved a net profit of 103 million baht.
