– Assessing and identifying areas for improvement in the company’s present business processes
– Modernizing systems by investigating and evaluating new process improvement and contemporary business practices
– Presenting concepts and results at meetings
– Coaching and training key project stakeholders
– Developing ideas in accordance with the demands and needs of the business
– Creating projects and monitoring their development
– Cooperating with stakeholders and users
– Maintaining close communication with senior management, partners, clients, and technicians
– Minimum BA degree, Accounting, Business, IT, Computer Science.
– Having SAP or other on-the-shelf ERP experience is preferable.
– Basic knowledge in generating process documentation.
– Good English communication
– Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
– Experience in eliciting requirements and testing is preferable.
– Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools
– Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills.
